Find your Way around the Dashboard

The sidebar is grouped into Measure, Create, and Plan. The Command center home page shows setup progress, AI visibility, recommendations, and your content mix. Your credit balance sits in the top bar.

The layout stays the same everywhere in NarraSEO: a project switcher and navigation down the left, your credit balance and account controls along the top, and the page you are working on in the middle.

The Sidebar

Navigation is grouped by what you are trying to do.

At the top, ungrouped

  • Dashboard takes you to the Command center home page.

  • Ask Narra opens the chat assistant.

Measure

  • Performance shows Google Search Console and Google Analytics data together.

  • AI Visibility shows whether AI assistants mention and cite you.

  • Site Audit shows technical and content problems found on your site.

Create

  • Documents lists everything you have written.

  • Write Article starts the guided wizard.

  • Quick Draft starts the fast, single-page flow.

  • Repurpose turns an article into social content.

Plan

  • Content Calendar shows what is scheduled and when.

  • Keyword Planner holds your saved keyword lists.

  • Keyword Research finds new keywords.

  • Topic Clusters maps pillar topics and supporting articles.

At the bottom of the sidebar

  • Brand Profile and Integrations, both scoped to the project you have selected.

You can collapse the sidebar to icons using the control at the bottom.

The Project Switcher

At the top of the sidebar is the project switcher, labelled Switch Workspace. Selecting it lets you move between projects, Add project, or open Manage projects.

This control matters more than it looks. Performance, AI Visibility, Site Audit, Brand Profile, and Integrations all show data for the selected project only. If a page looks empty or wrong, check which project you are in before anything else.

The Top Bar

  • Your credit balance, shown as a number of credits. If some credits are held for work in progress, you will see a "held" figure next to it, and those return to your balance if the work does not finish.

  • Documentation, which opens the help centre.

  • Settings, which opens the settings hub.

  • Appearance, for light and dark mode.

  • Buttons to add credits or move up a plan, when relevant to your account.

  • Your profile menu.

Settings is not in the sidebar. You reach it from the top bar or from your profile menu.

The Command Center

The home page is titled Command center, with the line "Research, write, and measure in one place."

What appears depends on how far into setup you are.

Early on, it leads with setup progress: "Finish setup to unlock the full picture", with a checklist covering completing your brand profile, connecting Google Search Console, and connecting a CMS to publish. Until those are done, the measurement panels have nothing real to show.

Once you are set up, it becomes a working summary:

  • An Ask Narra box that starts a conversation, asking "What should we publish next?", with shortcuts for writing an article, keyword research, repurposing, and the content calendar.

  • AI search visibility, including a "Who wins your prompts" leaderboard comparing your share of tracked prompts against competitors.

  • Recommended next, suggesting what to work on.

  • Content mix, breaking down what you have published by article type.

  • Suggestions, which surface things worth acting on, such as publishing falling behind your content plan or a competitor gaining ground in AI answers.
