Publish Automatically with Autoblog

Autoblog keeps a publishing cadence without you being present. It lives inside the Content Calendar rather than being its own sidebar item, at Sidebar → Plan → Content Calendar.

Before you Start

A paid plan. Autoblog is not available during a trial.

A connected publishing platform, if you want articles to reach your site. Without one you will see "No publishing platform connected yet."

A Brand Profile, since scheduled articles are written from it with no chance for you to intervene.

How it Works

You set a schedule and give the calendar keywords. When a slot comes due, NarraSEO drafts the article near its publish time and posts it to your CMS.

Articles are written with the Quick Draft pipeline, so the title, competitor set, and outline are resolved automatically.

Steps

1. Go to Sidebar → Plan → Content Calendar.
2. Open the Schedule band, which controls how often and when new posts go out.
3. Set Publishing frequency: 1× week, 2× week, Weekdays, or Daily.
4. Choose which days under Publish on. One weekday for 1× week, two for 2× week.
5. Set the Time. This is the default publish time for scheduled posts. With more than one post a day, posts are spaced hours apart and this is the first slot of the day.
6. Under Publish to, choose one or more connected platforms.
7. Set Autoblog images to stock images or AI images.
8. Under More settings, set tone, article length, and writing style if the defaults are not right.
9. Add keywords in the Keywords band, or auto-fill open slots from your keyword planner.
10. Turn Autoblog on.

The frequency control tells you the monthly cost as you choose: "About N articles a month, or N credits, at this cadence." Read that before turning it on.

What it Costs

Turning Autoblog on is free. Each scheduled article is charged when it is written: 300 credits with stock images, 500 with AI images.

Credits Running Out

Autoblog pauses itself rather than failing permanently. When you have credits again, it resumes.

If you depend on the cadence, turn on automatic top-up in Settings → Usage so a pause does not happen quietly.

Review before Publishing

Scheduled articles go out without anyone reading them.

If accuracy matters on your site, and it usually does, configure your integration to publish as drafts rather than live posts. You then get the cadence and the automation, and a human still approves what appears.

The safest pattern is drafts for the first few weeks, until you trust the output on your topics.

Individual Scheduled Posts

You can also schedule single posts on the calendar without running a full cadence. Schedule a post offers three ways to create it:

• Write article wizard. Open the full wizard and schedule this slot while you write.
• Quick draft. Generate a fast draft and keep it on this date.
• Autoblog keyword, marked Automated. Drafts near publish time and posts to your CMS when Autoblog is on.

You can only schedule posts for today or future dates.

Notes

Autoblog is per project. Each project has its own schedule, keywords, and destinations.

Changing the frequency does not retroactively move articles already scheduled.

Autoblog draws from the same credit balance as everything else, so if you also run monthly site audits and visibility checks, budget for all three.

If the status shows as unavailable, use Retry. The schedule itself is unaffected.
