Update your Payment Method and Find Invoices
Settings then Billing opens the billing portal, where you can change the card on file, update your billing address and tax details, and download every past invoice.

Card details, billing address, tax information, and invoices are all handled in the billing portal, which you open from Settings.
Steps
- Select Settings in the top bar.
- Select Billing.
- Under Your subscription, open the billing portal.
- Make your change there.
In a team workspace, open Settings inside that workspace. Team billing is separate from your personal account billing.
What you Can Do in the Portal
- Replace the card on file, or add a new one and make it the default
- Update your billing address
- Add or correct tax details, including a VAT or tax registration number
- Download any past invoice as a PDF
- See your next renewal date and amount
Notes
Invoices are issued for the account that holds the subscription. If a team account pays, the invoices are on the team account, not on the personal account of whoever set it up.
If you need a company name or tax number on your invoices, add it in the portal before your next renewal. Invoices already issued cannot be reissued with different details from inside the product, so get this right early if your finance team is strict about it.
Changing your card does not change your renewal date or your plan.
A failed renewal is retried automatically. You will be emailed, and updating the card in the portal is what resolves it. Your workspace and content are not deleted while a payment is being retried.
Who Can Do This
Account owners. If you are a member of a team workspace rather than its owner, you will not see billing controls, and the owner needs to make the change.
If the Portal Will Not Open
Reload the page and try once more, since this opens an external session and can fail on a stale page.
If it still will not open, check whether you are the account owner, and whether you are in the workspace that actually holds the subscription. Trying to open billing from a team workspace you do not own is the most common cause.
There is a dedicated troubleshooting article for this if it persists.
