Create your NarraSEO Account

Sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account. You then confirm your email address before you can sign in.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Both take about a minute.

Sign Up with Email and Password

  1. Go to the sign-up page.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and business email.
  3. Choose a password.
  4. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  5. Complete the anti-spam check if it appears.
  6. Select Create my account.
  7. Open the confirmation email and select the link inside it.

The confirmation link is what activates the account. Until you select it, signing in will not work.

Sign Up with Google

  1. On the sign-up page, select Google.
  2. Choose the Google account you want to use.
  3. Approve the permission request.

Google accounts skip the email confirmation step, because Google has already verified the address.

Notes

Use the email address you want product and billing notifications to go to. You can change it later in Settings, which triggers a fresh confirmation on the new address.

If you were invited to a team workspace, use the invitation link in your email rather than signing up from scratch. Signing up separately creates a personal account that is not connected to the team, and you will not see the team's projects.

Both sign-in methods can be attached to the same account. If you signed up with a password and later want to use Google, you can link it from the identities screen rather than creating a second account.

If the Confirmation Email Does Not Arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first, since a first-time sender is often filtered.

If it is genuinely missing after a few minutes, request a new one from the sign-in page rather than signing up again. Signing up a second time with the same address will not produce a working account.

If your organisation filters external mail, ask whoever manages it to allow mail from our sending domain, then request the confirmation again.
