Connect Go High Level

GoHighLevel needs a Location ID from Settings Business Profile, the Blog ID of your target blog, and a private integration token created with the blogs read and write scopes.

The integration is listed as GoHighLevel and needs three values.

What you Need

  • A Location ID.
  • The Blog ID of the blog you want to publish to.
  • A private integration token with the blogs read and write scopes.

Step 1: Create a Private Integration Token

In GoHighLevel, open Settings → Private Integrations and create a private integration with the blogs read and blogs write scopes.

Both scopes are needed. The token begins with pit-.

Copy it when it is shown.

Step 2: Find your Location ID and Blog ID

Location ID is under Settings → Business Profile. It looks like ve9EPM428h8vShlRW1KT.

Blog ID is found by opening the blog you want to publish to and copying its ID. It looks like 65d5c4e1f0a1b2c3d4e5f6a7.

If you manage several locations, make sure both IDs belong to the same one.

Step 3: Enter the Credentials

  1. Open Sidebar → Integrations.
  2. Find GoHighLevel under Publishing & CMS.
  3. Fill in the three fields:

  1. Select Connect GoHighLevel.

Step 4: Verify

Select Verify connection. On success you see "GoHighLevel connection verified."

On failure: "Could not verify the GoHighLevel connection. Check the location ID, blog ID, and token."

Publishing Options

GoHighLevel uses Draft, Publish now, and Schedule, with a Publish date and time field, plus the Featured image and Article title toggles.

If it Will Not Connect

The token is missing a scope. It needs blogs read *and* write. A read-only token cannot create posts.

The IDs are from different locations. If you run an agency with many sub-accounts, this is easy to do. Check the Location ID and Blog ID belong together.

You used an agency-level token for a location-level blog. The token needs access to the location you are publishing into.

The blog does not exist. Create the blog in GoHighLevel first.

Notes

If you manage several client locations, create a separate project in NarraSEO for each one. Each project holds its own Location ID, Blog ID, and token, which keeps client content and brand profiles apart.

Private integration tokens can be revoked in GoHighLevel, which immediately stops publishing.

The connection is per project.
