Buy a Credit Pack

Packs are one-off credit purchases from 500 credits for 10 dollars up to 20,000 for 310 dollars. They last 12 months, do not change your plan, and are spent after your plan credits.

Before you Start

You need an active plan. Packs top up a subscription rather than replacing one.

Steps

Select Settings in the top bar.
Select Usage.
Find the Top up section.
Choose the pack you want.
Complete the payment.

Credits appear on your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

How Pack Credits Behave

They last 12 months from purchase, rather than expiring with your billing period.

They are spent after your plan credits. Each month NarraSEO uses your plan allowance first, then draws on packs. Buying a pack therefore never causes you to waste plan credits you would otherwise have used.

They survive a plan change. Moving up or down a plan does not affect pack credits you have already bought.

Notes

If you are buying packs most months, a higher plan is cheaper. At $0.016 to $0.020 per credit for packs, the per-credit cost of every plan tier is lower. The Usage screen says this directly, and it is worth acting on rather than treating as upsell copy.

Packs are the right tool for a genuine spike, such as a launch month or a client project, not as a permanent substitute for the plan you actually need.

Extra projects and extra seats are separate monthly add-ons rather than packs, and are found in Settings → Billing. An extra project includes 500 credits a month, which roughly covers the automated audit and visibility refresh that project will draw.

If a Purchase Does Not Appear

Give it a few seconds and reload. Confirmation comes back from the payment provider, so there is occasionally a short delay between paying and the balance updating.

If the charge shows on your card but the credits do not appear after a couple of minutes, contact support with the date and amount. Do not buy a second pack to compensate.
