Start your Trial and Choose a Plan

NarraSEO needs an active plan or trial before you can use the product. After you sign up, you are taken to the plan picker to choose one.

How the Trial Works

Every self-serve plan comes with a 7 day trial, on both monthly and annual billing.

Three things about it are worth knowing before you start:

• A card is required. The trial is a real subscription in a trial period, not a card-free sandbox.
• You get 1,000 trial credits, not the credit allowance of the plan you picked. The trial allowance is the same whichever plan you choose, so picking the most expensive plan does not give you a larger trial.
• On day 8 your card is charged for the plan you selected, and your credit allowance jumps to that plan's monthly amount. Checkout shows you the exact amount and date before you confirm.

If you cancel before day 8, you are not charged.

Steps

1. After signing up, you land on the plan picker. If you closed it, go to Settings → Billing.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly billing. Annual billing is charged as one payment for the year.
3. Select the plan you want. The card for each plan lists its monthly credits, article volume, project and seat allowance, AI Visibility prompts and platforms, and Site Audit page allowance.
4. Select the button to continue to checkout.
5. Enter your card details and confirm. Check the disclosed post-trial amount and date first, particularly on annual plans where the day 8 charge is the full year.
6. You are returned to NarraSEO and sent on to set up your first project.

Which Plan to Start On

You do not need to get this right on the first attempt, because you can change plan later and the change takes effect immediately.

Two questions decide it in practice:

• How many articles a month? Credits are the real constraint. An article costs 300 credits, or 500 with AI-generated images. Starter's 5,000 credits a month is about 10 illustrated articles.
• How many separate websites? Each website is a project. Starter covers 1 project. If you write for clients or several brands, you need Creator or above.

Team features follow the same line. Starter is a single seat. Creator adds up to 5 people, and the top tiers do not cap seats.

Notes

Trials are once per account. If you have trialled before, checkout skips the trial period and charges immediately, and it says so before you confirm.

Credits do not carry over between months. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the billing period. Credits bought as a pack are separate and last 12 months.

Changing plan does not restart a trial.

If Checkout Will Not Complete

Card declines are the most common cause, and the message from your bank is usually more specific than anything NarraSEO can show. Try a different card before anything else.

If you get back to NarraSEO but still see the plan picker, give it a few seconds and reload. Confirmation arrives from the payment provider rather than from your browser, so there is occasionally a short delay.

If the plan picker still blocks you after that, contact support with the email address you used and the plan you tried to buy.
