The article in the centre of the workspace is directly editable. Click into it and type.

Editing by hand costs no credits, which makes it the cheapest way to improve a draft.

Editing a Selection

Highlighting text brings up a toolbar with inline formatting, Add link and Remove link, Ask Narra, and the quick actions Rephrase and Expand on this.

For small changes this is faster than the main toolbar.

Headings

Your article already has a heading structure from its outline. Two things are worth knowing before you change it.

There should be one H1, the article title. Your CMS often renders this from the title field rather than the body, so check how your site handles it before adding another.

Do not skip levels. H2 to H4 with no H3 between them confuses both readers and parsers. Keep the hierarchy intact.

The Structure metric under Guidelines β†’ Keywords shows your heading count against the target for your article length.

Block Labels

Block labels shows what each block is: paragraph, heading, image, table, and so on.

Useful when the structure is not obvious from the rendering, particularly on long articles with several media blocks.

Tables and Lists

Both are worth using more than most people do, and not only for readability. The Extractable structure signal under Guidelines β†’ GEO measures how quotable your article is by AI answer engines, and lists and tables are what it rewards.

If your GEO score is low, converting a dense paragraph of comparisons into a table is often the single change that moves it.

Undo

Undo and Redo are in the toolbar, and the usual keyboard shortcuts work.

Undo covers AI edits too, including Ask Narra and applied rewrites. It does not return credits those actions spent.

Autosave

Your work saves as you go. The status shows "Saving…", then "Saved just now" or "Saved 3m ago".

Watch for Save failed and Unsaved changes. If you see either, use Save in the title bar to retry before closing the tab.

Version history in the title bar gives you access to earlier versions if an edit goes badly wrong.

Notes

Quotes and code exist as block types in the editor but are not on the main toolbar.

Videos are added through Insert video. There is no general embed control beyond video blocks.

Formatting travels to your CMS when you publish, though how it renders depends on your theme. Preview on your own site the first time you publish, since a table or a colour that looks right here may inherit different styles there.

Where Editing Time is Best Spent

Read the whole article once before changing anything. Generated drafts are usually structurally sound and specifically wrong in a few places, and you cannot find those places by skimming.

Fix the facts first. Anything about your business, your prices, or your process is worth checking, because you are the only person who can.

Then the opening. The first two paragraphs decide whether the rest gets read.

Then formatting. Break up any paragraph over about five lines, and turn comparisons into tables.

Then the SEO tab. Title and description are what people see in search results.

Polishing wording is the last thing, not the first.
