My Teammate Did Not Get Their Invitation
Ask them to check spam and to search their inbox for NarraSEO. Confirm the email address in Settings, Members, and if it is wrong, remove the pending invitation and send a new one.

You invited somebody and they say nothing arrived.
Cause 1: It is in Spam
Start here. Invitation emails from a service the recipient has never used are exactly what spam filters hold back.
Ask them to:
- Check the spam or junk folder.
- Search the whole mailbox for "NarraSEO" rather than browsing folders.
- Check any Promotions or Other tab, on Gmail and Outlook.
- Check a corporate quarantine if their employer uses one, which often holds mail without notifying them.
The last one catches a lot of cases and is invisible to the recipient unless they look.
Cause 2: The Address Has a Typo
Open Settings β Members and check the pending invitation.
A single wrong character means the invitation went somewhere else entirely, and nothing will ever arrive.
If it is wrong, remove the pending invitation and send a new one to the correct address.
Cause 3: They are Looking at the Wrong Mailbox
People commonly have a work address and a personal one. Confirm which address you invited, and ask them to check that specific mailbox.
Cause 4: They Already Have an Account
If they already use NarraSEO with that email address, they may find the workspace available when they sign in rather than needing the emailed link.
Ask them to sign in and check the workspace switcher.
Cause 5: It Expired
If the invitation is old, remove the pending invitation and send a fresh one.
What to Do
- Check
Settings β Membersand confirm the address on the pending invitation. - Ask them to search their whole mailbox for NarraSEO, including spam.
- Ask about a corporate quarantine if they are on a work address.
- Remove and re-send if the address is wrong or the invitation is old.
- Ask them to sign in directly if they already have an account.
If it Still Does Not Arrive
Try a different address for the same person, such as a personal one, to establish whether the problem is their mail system.
If a personal address works and a work address does not, their mail provider is blocking it. Their IT team can allowlist the sender.
If nothing arrives at any address, contact support with the workspace and the email address you invited.
Notes
Invitations are per workspace. Being in one workspace does not give access to another.
You need to be an owner to invite people or manage members.
Each member consumes a user seat on your plan, so check your seat count if invitations are not being accepted.
After they join, they still need project access on a multi-project workspace. Being a member of the workspace does not automatically grant access to every project, which is a separate step in Settings β Members.
