- My Article is Not Showing on My SiteCheck the document status. Completed means finished in NarraSEO but not sent anywhere, and Draft on site means it reached your CMS unpublished. Headless platforms may also need a site rebuild.
- My Article Stopped GeneratingCheck your Documents list first. Generation continues on the server, so a closed tab or lost connection does not stop it. If a document is stuck at In progress, open it to see the current state and check your credit balance.
- I Cannot Open BillingBilling is owner only on team workspaces, so members do not see the section. Check whether you are in a personal or team workspace, and whether your role is owner.
- My Google Data is Missing or Out of DateSearch Console lags about three days and Analytics about one day, which explains most cases. Otherwise check the banner on the Performance page, use Sync now, and reconnect if Google access was revoked.
- Images are Missing from My ArticleIf the title bar shows Preparing media, images are still arriving and you should wait. Otherwise check that the image enhancements were turned on for that article, and that you had credits if you chose AI images.
- My Teammate Did Not Get Their InvitationAsk them to check spam and to search their inbox for NarraSEO. Confirm the email address in Settings, Members, and if it is wrong, remove the pending invitation and send a new one.
- Publishing to My Site FailedGo to Integrations and select Verify connection for your platform. Expired or changed credentials are the most common cause, followed by missing platform setup such as a required plugin, blog, or collection field.
- I Ran Out of CreditsCheck your balance in Settings, Usage. You can buy a credit pack for an immediate top-up, turn on automatic top-up to prevent it recurring, or wait for your plan credits to renew at your next billing date.
- My Site Audit Will Not RunCheck the project has a website set, that you have credits since each page costs 1 credit, and whether a recent audit triggered the cooldown message. Audit failed means the scan could not finish and previous results are unchanged.
