Connect Bigcommerce
Enter your store hash, then select Connect BigCommerce and approve publishing. Start the connection from NarraSEO rather than from the BigCommerce control panel, or the install will not link correctly.

BigCommerce needs your store hash, then uses OAuth for the rest.
Available on every plan.
The Important Bit First
Start the connection from NarraSEO, not from the BigCommerce control panel. The product states it directly: "Connect from NarraSEO, not from the BigCommerce control panel."
Installing from the BigCommerce side does not link the store to your project, and you will end up with an app installed and no working integration.
Step 1: Find your Store Hash
Your store hash is in your control panel URL or in your API Path, in the form stores/abc123. The hash is the part after stores/, so abc123.
Step 2: Enter the Store Hash
- Open
Sidebar β Integrations. - Find BigCommerce under Publishing & CMS.
- In BigCommerce store hash, enter the hash only, for example
abc123.
The field accepts stores/abc123 as well, so either form works.
Step 3: Connect and Approve
- Select Connect BigCommerce.
- Approve publishing on BigCommerce.
You return with a BigCommerce connected banner.
There is no Verify connection button, since the OAuth approval is the confirmation.
Publishing Options
BigCommerce uses Draft, Publish now, and Schedule, with a Publish date and time field, plus the Featured image and Article title toggles.
If it Will Not Connect
You installed from BigCommerce. Remove the app and start from NarraSEO.
The store hash is wrong. Check your control panel URL. The hash is a short alphanumeric string, not your store name and not your domain.
You entered the full URL. The field wants the hash, or stores/abc123, not the whole address.
Your account lacks permission. Installing an app requires a store owner or a user with app-install permission.
Notes
BigCommerce articles publish to your store's blog.
Uninstalling the app from BigCommerce disconnects the integration. Articles already published stay on your store.
The connection is per project.
BigCommerce blog posts support standard formatting. As with any storefront, the blog template often gets less design attention than product pages, so look at your first published article on the live site.
